Special shoutout to our very own @joey_blith running for the very special @macmillancancer in memory of his Uncle Anthony Blythe. Hopefully he crosses the finish line before Thursday 9am, otherwise we’ll have to clock him in as working from South Shields.
He’s bravely taking the baton from @tomcuthbert04 , who has done 21 Great North Runs but finally retired because his knees are more knackered than he looks. He’s actually just too old and dishevelled.
Come on @joey_blith no pressure mate just your colleagues watching, don’t worry if you walk any of it, we’ll never let you forget.
